RRP Testing
The EPA now requires that renovation work such as remodeling or painting that will affect paint must use special precautionary measures to contain the spread of lead dust and clean up afterwards. This can increase the cost of jobs, and one way to avoid these increased costs is to test for lead paint. Post Compliance Assessment Determinations (PCAD)
After a property is in Compliance a PCAD can be performed to determine if the property is still in Compliance, or if there are any new violations that need to be addressed by the owner. This can be done routinely or after many years.
